Supported by Whole Foods Market, Dosateria moves away from the traditional crepe and lentil soup and presents itself in an all new create-your-own avatar. A blend of Hari’s ethnic palette and western culinary techniques, Dosateria allows its customers to choose their fillings and sauces to experience a burst of global flavor cleverly hidden inside what is considered a staple South Indian meal. Today there are 4 locations of Dosateria in California.
