A SOFI is a top honor in the $109 billion specialty food industry. Only 125 finalists were selectedby a national panel of specialty food experts from nearly 3,000 entries. In addition, the Beetroot Rasam Soup is a finalist in two categories: Best Soup, Stew, Bean or Chili AND Best New Product!
