Utsav – Chef Patron

With Sanskrit origins, the word Utsav means celebration or festival, merriment and delight. And it is this delight of one’s gastronomic senses that Hari wanted to create through a celebration of Indian spices, color and flavor. Located in the Theatre District, near Times Square, New York City, Hari teamed up with Rajat Parr- winner of James Beard Award for Outstanding Beer, Wine and Spirits Professional 2015 to showcase the evolution of contemporary Indian cuisine. The menu- one of the finest Indian fare that the city has to offer, is paired perfectly with wine to complement the exotic and aromatic spices of India.
